This inspiring launch event of the second cohort of  the Worcestershire Elevate Manufacturing programme will help to welcome you to the idea of a supply chain audit and find out how to make tangible improvements to your supply chain (both upstream and downstream)

COVID-19 and the EU exit mean it’s a turbulent time for Worcestershire SMEs.

Whether customer demand has lessened or suppliers can no longer satisfy orders, external forces are having an unprecedented impact on supply chains.

This Supply Chain Improvement Programme has been designed to get your manufacturing business back on track. This webinar will take place on September 14th and the first workshop will take place on 21st September 2021.

Just a few of the benefits to the programme:

• Faster growth

• Increased business value

• Better collaboration with suppliers

• Improved sustainability

• The chance to address demand uncertainty

More about the Elevate Programme

Elevate is an exclusive and unique offer for successful applicants to gain high-quality, specialist business support to help their business go much further. The programme is for established SME’s in Worcestershire who have been operating successfully and have an ambitious mindset for further growth. Ideally trading for a minimum of three years, with 5+ employees and already a growth champion, the next step will bring new challenges and require innovative solutions.

Delegates of this webinar are then eligible to sign up to the FREE Elevate Manufacturing Supply Chain consultancy programme which is funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and run by Worcestershire County Council, which offers 12 hours of business support consultancy support and potential grant funding.
