We will be welcoming in the new year by focusing on how to create the best customer experience. Our guest speakers will include Visit England who will be sharing their expertise, drawing on tourism best practice across the country, and Severn Valley Railway, who will be speaking about how they have used great customer experience to strengthen their business. As always, we will also update you on the latest macro tourism research from Visit Britain.
Due to the rising number in Covid cases, this event will be run online via Zoom, the link for which we will send out to confirmed attendees upon registering. We would very much like you to virtually join us, to make new connections and take part in our growing, dynamic tourism network.
