Following on from our session in May where Ellie Salisbury from Sky AdSmart and Celia Felgate from Fresh Nous talked through lots of different ways in which you can reach your target market, this network event will be focused on how you can get your business digitally - on your website and social media - ready for summer.

We are looking forward to welcoming Isobel Follette from Days Out With the Kids and Ross Williams from Beyonk as our speakers.

Isobel is going to begin by talking you through how you can get your business digitally ready for the summer, including some top tips, and what you can do to convert that into improved footfall.

Ross will then take over from Isobel to focus on experiences specifically. He will cover 'why you should love your online booking system' and what businesses should be aiming to get out of it - not just the ability to take bookings, but to help manage your experience, improve visitor experience, support marketing efforts, and inform both short and long term strategic decisions through the data you are able to capture from it.

There will be a tour after the presentations of the SVR’s Carriage and Wagon facility. Go behind the scenes to see where the comfortable heritage carriages that passengers sit in are restored and maintained!
