In order for you to be able to attend this workshop, your business must be:

 
• Located in Worcestershire
• A Small to Medium Sized Enterprise (SME)
• Trading for less than 36 months
• Trading minimum 70% business to business

This course will explain what can and cannot be protected and what you can do when someone ‘borrows’ your work without permission. The four strands of Intellectual Property will be explained including the principles of copyright and trademarking. You will learn about the ‘first-to-market’ principles and the ways in which you can legally share work commercially and personally. A course to benefit all those with a product or service to protect.
