• A Small to Medium Sized Enterprise (SME)
• Trading for less than 36 months
• Trading minimum 70% business to business

More and more, we are taking a project management approach to a range of initiatives at work to ensure delivery of successful outcomes. This short course will introduce the concept of a project management approach, its suitability in a wide range of scenarios and an introduction to the processes involved including the PID, scoping, roles, planning and deliverables and monitoring.
